Fatal Error at uploading media.

When I tried to add a medium to media library, it wasn’t successful and the following message appears. How could I resolve this situation? The media size is well below the limit of 20M.

I assume this happened after you upgraded to 4.5. I upgraded two websites. One has this error and the other doesn’t. They use two different themes. So I suspect it is theme related. Maybe it is due to the new “Optimized Image Generation Performance” feature not being compatible with some themes.
Are you using the WP Smush plugin? That’s another difference between my two websites. It’s image related. However I disabled it and I still get the error.

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
