Fatal error attempting to access Dashboard and other pages

    Having this error come up on my website independentfilmnewsandmedia.com when trying to directly access my Dashboard and some other parts of my WordPress install (including the Health Check Plugin), having had this issue since trying to repair my site by installing a new version of WordPress after my site had been down for over a year and a half and needing to rebuild at a new server:

    On most pages, refreshing a few times will bring up the page I need, but the main Dashboard and Health Check do not come up no matter how often I try to refresh. Can anyone help?
