Fatal error blocks admin sign in

  I automatically updated my site after observing might have been an attack and now I can’t get an admin login page. when attempting to access the site’s wp-admin page, I get the following message:

  Fatal error: Call to undefined function: is_site_admin() in /home/dogto0/public_html/wp-content/plugins/sem-google-analytics/sem-google-analytics-admin.php on line 20

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The blog you specified at dogtownink.com does not appear to be hosted at WordPress.com.
