Fatal error: Call to a member function add

Regarding tyrooc.org site in WordPress 3.0
I know this Fatal Error has been discussed elsewhere, like http://wordpress.org/support/topic/30-upgrade-fatal-error-call-to-a-member-function-add_rewrite_tag-on-a-non-ob. The solution is to download phpMyAdmin and use FTP to something something something…
Here’s the problem – that stuff is outta my league. I consider myself tech savvy, but I’m no IT genius. This disabled website is for a small non-profit I run (in my spare time) and I have no tech support. I’d love to not have to teach myself to use FTP and SQL… time is fleeting, though I greatly appreciate yours.
Is there an easy way to fix this?
Here’s how I broke it: I was trying to rename a page (create an alias) and thought I had discovered how. When I tried to change the name, it didn’t let me. When I tried to change it back to what it was, I got the error. Now the site is down and I can’t login…
I’d be eternally grateful if you could help get this back up.
