  Every time I try to go to my admin page I see this: Fatal error: Call to a member function do_all_hook() on array in /home/sunshi62/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 837
  It is recommended that I change the plugins but I can’t even access the plug ins
  Can this be reset?

  I’m thinking you might have a self-hosted wordpress.ORG site, because I see someone else ran into the exact same error on the wordpress.ORG forums.
