Fatal error: Call to undefined function

    Hello! Our webpage doesn’t work. It says
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function AuxinPluginCoreElementsElementorElementsTheme_Elementsauxin_get_available_post_types_for_search() in /var/www/u0851372/data/www/ipbusiness.pro/wp-content/plugins/auxin-elements/includes/elementor/widgets/theme-elements/modern-search.php on line 1085

    Can you please explain and help with this problem?

    Hi there!

    Is this for the site ipbusiness.pro? If so, it looks like your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.

    https://wordpress.org/support/ is a great resource for sites using the open source WordPress.org software, and you can find support for that at: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

    You can also reach out to your host for help with this. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you with this problem. You’ll likely want to start with disabling the auxin-elements plugin as that is the source of the fatal error.
