  I am trying to login into and work on my website but get this error message. How do I sort this out so I can access my site ?

  Please note that we can only assist with WordPress.com hosted sites on this forum.

  If your site is hosted elsewhere, you can ask for support in the WordPress.org forums: 
  https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  Just to add to @catkiinson’s reply — there are no WordPress.com sites owned by the account you are logged in to, which suggests you are using self hosted WordPress.org software.

  This error message indicates the Imagify plugin is likely the cause of the problem, so you could try disabling it via FTP access — please contact your hosting provider for help if this is something you do not have. If you aren’t sure who your host it, just send a link to the site and we can point you in the direction.
