Fatal Error: Cannot Redeclare…. Can't access website – Urgent
-
This is an urgent matter. I’ve taken on the task with helping my boss update the look of our business website. We purchased a new theme, Ares Pro, and yesterday I began working on it at home to save time. I was about 6 hours into working on it, everything was going great, when I get:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare ares_wp_title() (previously declared in /home/**/**.com/wp-content/themes/ares/functions.php:61) in /home/**/**.com/wp-content/themes/ares/inc/extras.php on line 67
I’m not able to do anything with the website. I can’t access it in any way. I’m guessing from the error that it has something to do with the theme? What should I do?
I’m hoping this can be fixed and quick as we have a business to run!
Thank you for your time!

Hello there,
We do not provide support for WordPress.ORG software installs and that is a WordPress.ORG error message. We provide support here only for WordPress.COM hosted blogs. Your site is not hosted by wordpress.COM and you are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.
