Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class

  How do I remedy this Error Message:
  Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class pclzip in /nfs/c02/h03/mnt/30173/domains/jassart.com/html/wp-admin/includes/class-pclzip.php on line 171

  I can not upgrade or install any plugins. What can i do?

  The blog you specified at jassart.com does not appear to be hosted at WordPress.com.
