Fatal Error – Can't Access Dashboard or Web Page after WordPress update

  • Unknown's avatar

Just got the email from WordPress to update my website and some of its plug-ins, only I can’t because the update has caused my site to display the following error code:

Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required ‘/home/content/p3pnexwpnas07_data03/13/2685413/html/wp-includes/class-wp-query.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/local/php5_6/lib/php’) in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas07_data03/13/2685413/html/wp-settings.php on line 151

I’m not a programmer or familiar with code at all, is there a way that I can fix this without using code or, better yet, does anyone know if wordpress has a customer support line that I can contact?

    Thanks

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

It looks like your WordPress site is self hosted (using WordPress.ORG).

I’m sorry but here on this forum (forum.wordpress.COM),
we only provide support for sites hosted on WordPress.COM.

Visit WordPress.ORG forums for support on self hosted sites.
And click here to know more about
the difference between WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG.
