  A fatal error message came up after I was asked to update a plugin for Catchbox theme. I cannot get anywhere into my blog. I am not great with computers so have no idea what I am supposed to do! Please help!!

  Unfortunately you’ve posted in the wrong forum. Plugins are features of the self-hosted sites using the WordPress.org software, but this forum is for blogs hosted here on WordPress.com. The two versions are different and have separate forums.

  I’d suggest you to post your question at the WordPress.org forum: https://wordpress.org/support/, where people are going to be able to help you out.
  If you don’t have a username at that forum, you’ll need to register before posting.
