Fatal Error: Class 'ec_categorywidget' not found….

    Hello,

    I just created a blog post a few days ago. Within that post I created a photo gallery; however, now whenever I try to go to my admin page I get this error:

    Fatal error: Class ‘ec_categorywidget’ not found in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas03_data02/78/2330978/html/wp-includes/widgets.php on line 591

    I asked a web designer and they explained to me that a widget broke due to the blog post and I needed to contact wordpress.

    I do not have wordpress downloaded on my computer. I log in from the internet by going to bessieyoung.photography/wp-admin/

    Please help. I am unable to do anything with my website due to this issue.

    Unfortunately, this isn’t the right WordPress forum to help with your problem. This forum is for blogs hosted here on WordPress.com and we don’t run into the issue you’ve described. There’s another forum for blogs like yours that are hosted elsewhere using WordPress software. Please repost your question at: https://wordpress.org/support/
