Please review the fatal error code and advise what can be done to restore my site. I no longer have access to the recovery codes and I have placed my website offline.

  • Hi there, I’m sorry you’re having trouble with your site, but it is not a site hosted here at WordPress.com. Instead, it’s a site using the software from https://wordpress.org/ and hosted on SiteGround.

Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are different entities https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/ we are usually unable to help those sites.

WordPress.org has complete documentation at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

With that said, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), navigate to /wp-content/plugins/ and delete the /elementor-pro/ directory there.

That should remove the plugin causing the problem and restore your site.

Next, I recommend reporting the issue to Elementor’s support at https://elementor.com/support/
