Fatal error from mail poet plugin. Can’t access admin panel to disable

    Hello, we have received the following error. seems to be coming from a plugin but the error will not let me access the admin panel to deactivate ? please help

    Fatal error: Class MailPoetWooCommerceMailPoetTask contains 1 abstract method and must therefore be declared abstract or implement the remaining methods (AutomatticWooCommerceAdminFeaturesOnboardingTasksTask::get_parent_id) in /home/customer/(URL was here but i omitted)/public_html/wp-content/plugins/mailpoet/lib/WooCommerce/MailPoetTask.php on line 0
