  Hi! We updated plug-ins last Friday and now we cannot access our WordPress dashboard.

  Hi there,

  Is the website you’re having trouble with aqualilypad.com?

  That website is using the open-source WordPress.org software and this forum is dedicated to the WordPress.com platform. They’re similar but totally different.

  Hi there,

  Based on that error it looks like the problem is with the aqualilypad theme you’re using, and specifically I’m guessing that the theme might not be compatible with the WooCommerce plugin which you’re also trying to use.

  Is that a custom theme someone created for you? If so, please contact the person who made that theme for you directly for help with this.
