FATAL ERROR i can not access my blog or make any changes

Hi My whole site has disappreared, after i dowloaded a plugin, http://www.rorysky.com and i keep getting this message
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare acf_filter_post_id() (previously declared in /home/content/69/10706569/html/wp-content/plugins/advanced-custom-fields/core/api.php:1547) in /home/content/69/10706569/html/wp-content/themes/simplemag/admin/acf/core/api.php on line 65
Im not that internet savvy and i have tried to google.
it wont let me signout get to dashboard or anything pleaseeeeee help!!Kind regards

Hi there,
It seems like you are using the self-hosted version of WordPress. For that, the correct place to seek help is the WordPress.org support forum, here: http://wordpress.org/support/
By the way, by looking at the error code, this is because you have two version of the Advanced Custom Field plugin: one you uploaded yourself, and one already included by the Simplemag theme you are using.
The fix is very likely to use FTP to delete the ‘advanced-custom-fields’ folder inside your wp-content/wp-plugins/ area.

Thank you for responding to my message I shall go onto wordpress.org and see if I delete it on there.
As it’s not letting me access my dash board through the normal Chanel’s :)
