Fatal Error: in the code. Can't log in to anything, site won't load at all.

I was trying to install a slideshow plug in and entered a line of code into the wordpress page, and now this is all that happens when I try to go to the site. I can no longer log in or anything.
I didn’t create this site under my log in. I created it from their domain host, Fat Cow. The only way we have been logging in is from the actual site at the bottom I put an admin login.Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_user_logged_in() in /hermes/waloraweb089/b2747/moo.baxterbethanyuccorg/wp-includes/query.php on line 2485
How do I get back into the dashboard?

If you were installing a plugin and are hosted by Fat Cow, you have the version of WordPress supported by WordPress.org. http://wordpress.org/support/.

I didn’t realize there were two different parts. Thank you. So does wordpress.org have a login like .com? I am not finding it on the site.

Your site is not hosted on WordPress.COM and you are posting to the wrong support forum. This forum is for support of sites hosted on WordPress.COM.

Click this link http://wordpress.org/support/ and on the top right hand corner of the page you can register a wordpress.org username account so you can post to those support forums.
