    Fatal error occurred when updating all plugins (error caused by jetpack plugin). Now I can’t even access or log in to my site leaving me unable to fix the problem. Error message below comes up when I try to log in or access any part of the site:

    Warning: require_once(/home/alc21137/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/class.jetpack-client.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/alc21137/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/jetpack.php on line 33

    Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘/home/alc21137/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/class.jetpack-client.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/alc21137/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/jetpack.php on line 33

    No idea how to fix this

    The site you are asking about does not seem to be hosted on WordPress.COM so you need to make friends over at WordPress.ORG the keepers of the software you are using.

    This site is for support of sites hosted on WordPress.COM. You should address your questions to WordPress.ORG the keepers of the software you are using: http://wordpress.org/support/

    The forum at WordPress.ORG is not connected to WordPress.COM so you will need to open an account at .ORG if you do not already have one. You may use the same email at WordPress.ORG as you do at WordPress.COM.

    If you are asking for help with a WordPress.COM site then we need a link to that site to give you accurate help.
