  Hi,

  My website https://mosquee-garges.fr/ isn’t working due to the ‘Master Slide’ extension. I received an email providing me with a link to access recovery mode. However, when I click on it, it says: ‘Recovery Mode not initialized.’ I don’t remember my password, so I can’t log in through the FTP process.
