I receive this fatal contact message

Now I can’t even access my dashboard. How do I get in and fix this?

Fatal error is a wordpress.ORG software install error.
That site is not on our WordPress.COM servers. You are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
