Fatal error message

My wordpress site is http://www.emorgaine.com and I received the following error when trying to add a Facebook plugin:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 122880 bytes) in /data/26/2/46/68/2698068/user/2963628/htdocs/morgan/wp-admin/includes/menu.php on line 126
What do I do now?
