Fatal error message
-
Hi!
I have just been on my website and noticed a few things weren’t loading properly such as the layout and coding was visible on the home page etc. I assumed this was to do with some of the plugins that hadn’t been updated so I wen’t through all the plugins in my admin and updated them all. But now my site won’t load at all and i get this fatal error message:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare sydney_set_import_files() (previously declared in /customers/0/4/b/simonfinley.net/httpd.www/wp-content/plugins/sydney-toolbox/demo-content/setup.php:18) in /customers/0/4/b/simonfinley.net/httpd.www/wp-content/themes/sydney/demo-content/setup.php on line 12
There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.I can’t even log into the admin to try and fix it now. Can anyone offer any help in solving this issue?
many thanks
Simon

Hi there,
The site simonfinley.net appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on One.com Web Hosting, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.
You can confirm here: https://gwhois.org/simonfinley.net+dns
To clarify, we are not the only providers of WordPress sites, and One.com also happens to offer WordPress sites, but they use a different version of the platform than what we use here. Because of this we are not able to help with your issue as it lies outside of our system. See http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ for more info.
You can find support for your self-hosted WordPress site here: http://wordpress.org/support/
You may also wish to contact your host’s support team for more assistance.
Hope that points you in the right direction!
