  I have no problems accessing your site roberttweber.wordpress.com on my browser (Mozilla Firefox 97.0.2 (64-bit).
  Is this the site you are having problems with??

  Sometimes it’s the browser that is giving you problems, you can follow this guide to solve common issues: https://wordpress.com/support/browser-issues/

  I see that this problem is often seen in WordPress.org sites which are different from the ones here at WordPress.com, maybe this is the case for you?

  Thanks for the message; however, the site I’m having problems with is http://www.wordsdr.com. Although it is not a Word Press site, my developer used Word Press software to develop it.

  I understand now, it is as I suspected.
  Because your site http://www.wordsdr.com is not hosted here at WordPress.com, you are actually using the open-source version of WordPress.org which is quite different from the one offered here (you can read more about the differences in this link), so the same solutions won’t apply.

  You can find help for your WordPress installation at their forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/

  The problem most likely is caused by a plugin not working correctly. I would recommend contacting your hosting provider at fatcow, and asking for assistance on this. You can contact their support following this link https://www.fatcow.com/support/contact.html
