Fatal Error Message and I can't fix it

  Yesterday while checking out my site i received this error and none of the troubleshooting tells me how to fix it. When i try to log-in to adjust the code I get the same message as well.

  Fatal error: Call-time pass-by-reference has been removed in /home2/agins/public_html/wp-content/plugins/instapress/instagram.php on line 306

  However, based on that error message, it looks like you might have a plugin conflict.
