fatal error message when accessing site

  I cant access my site. This shows up when I go to site Fatal error: Call to a member function add_rewrite_tag() on a non-object in /home/content/g/e/n/geneseehabitat/html/wp-includes/rewrite.php on line 51
  I think it is from a plug in but Im not sure. I cant even log in to the account. I am using my other wordpress account right now
