fatal error need help urgently

  I was assisting a friend tonight with his club’s blog and during this process we mistakenly clicked to update to 3.0. now we received:

  Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class wp_locale in /home/southprt/public_html/wp-includes/locale.php on line 14

  I absolutely must get this website back online.

  http://www.southportgunclub.com is the website. we only update the website via the online dashboard. can anyone assist?
