FATAL ERROR : no admin acces HELP !

    Hello,

    Since i try to install update wordpress 6.1.1, i lost my admin acces and i see this message :

    Gosh – it sounds like your host has server upload limits when it comes to being to run crucial updates. Alas, it’s not unheard of on shared hosting environments.

    To check, is the site you need help with espaceouvertures.fr? If yes, we wouldn’t be able to help as this site is not hosted on WordPress.com and so we don’t have access to the site. Instead, this site uses self-hosted WordPress.
