Fatal error on site I don’t have access to
-
I’m getting daily email notifications to my personal email address about a plugin fatal error on a site I no longer have access to, for a business I no longer communicate with. How do I stop getting these notifications? Notifications should be sent to the business’s general email address instead.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out. I am sorry you are still receiving fatal error notifications for a site you no longer manage.
These emails are sent to addresses associated with the site’s WordPress.com account. Since you no longer have access, only the current site owner or administrator can stop them.
They will need to:- Remove your email address from the site’s user list, or
- Update the site’s primary email address to the business’s general contact email
They can do this by logging into the WordPress.com account connected to pallassnowboards.com and updating the account information.
You may find this guide helpful:https://wordpress.com/support/account-settings/#account-information
If you are unable to reach the current site owner, please let us know and we can explore what options may be available.
Thank you!
