Fatal Error on website

  Hi guys,

  needing urgent assistance here – we’ve discovered as of about 20mins ago (unsure how long it’s been an issue for..) that when you access our index page ‘http://yana.com.au’ you’re greeted with this error;

  Warning: include_once(WC_ABSPATHincludes/class-wc-geo-ip.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home2/joel/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-geolocation.php on line 230

  Warning: include_once(): Failed opening ‘WC_ABSPATHincludes/class-wc-geo-ip.php’ for inclusion (include_path=’.:/opt/php54/lib/php’) in /home2/joel/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-geolocation.php on line 230

  Fatal error: Class ‘WC_Geo_IP’ not found in /home2/joel/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-geolocation.php on line 233

  We are unable to even access the wp-admin page (same error appears).

  Any ideas / help would be greatly appreciated!

  It looks like you have a self hosted WordPress installation. These forums are for help with WordPress.com blogs.

  I thought so – thanks for the reply though!

  Any idea where I can get assistance for this issue? This is the only WordPress support forum I could find..!

  WordPress comes in two flavours. WordPress.com and WordPress.org

  This article does a good job of explaining the differences –http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  This support forum is for sites that are hosted with WordPress.com. For self-hosted WordPress sites, you can get help in the WordPress.org support forums – http://wordpress.org/support/.
