Fatal Error on website paid contact form not working

    My site suzannahgalland.com is no longer working, and I have no way to log into it currently and fix it because this error code reads whenever you visit the site:

    Warning: require_once(nxs_functions.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/35/10758535/html/wp-content/plugins/social-networks-auto-poster-facebook-twitter-g/NextScripts_SNAP.php on line 19

    Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘nxs_functions.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/local/php5_3/lib/php’) in /home/content/35/10758535/html/wp-content/plugins/social-networks-auto-poster-facebook-twitter-g/NextScripts_SNAP.php on line 19

    I’m trying to reach customer support but the contact form for paying customers (of which I am one) is not working on any device or browser (https://wordpress.com/help/contact)

    I’m very frustrated and would like to speak with staff asap please

  • Hi there,

    I’m sorry, but suzannahgalland.com is not hosted at WordPress.com. As such, we are unable to provide any direct assistance in this manner.

    The fact that the site may have been built using WordPress, or may mention ‘Powered by WordPress’ (or something similar) simply means it is using the WordPress.org software, which can be downloaded and installed on any web host.

    If you’re interested, you can learn more about the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:

    I would recommend getting in touch with your host or domain registrar for support, or checking out these resources if your site was indeed built with WordPress software:
