FATAL ERROR – other website

  • Unknown's avatar

    Hi,

    first of all I’d like to point out that the problem I’m experiencing is on another website I’ve been managing for a client.

    I’ve copied and pasted the error below. This website has been handled by many people and my client is unsure about where it is hosted specifically.

    I’ve read I can access and deactivate the plugin, but I have no way of doing that with the information I’ve been given by my client.

    What should I do?

    Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class ‘SLN_Payment_Stripe’ not found in /web/htdocs/www.studiomanganello.it/home/wp-content/plugins/salon-booking-system/src/SLN/Action/Init.php:107 Stack trace: #0 /web/htdocs/www.studiomanganello.it/home/wp-content/plugins/salon-booking-system/src/SLN/Action/Init.php(15): SLN_Action_Init->initFrontend() #1 /web/htdocs/www.studiomanganello.it/home/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(303): SLN_Action_Init->{closure}(”) #2 /web/htdocs/www.studiomanganello.it/home/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(327): WP_Hook->apply_filters(NULL, Array) #3 /web/htdocs/www.studiomanganello.it/home/wp-includes/plugin.php(470): WP_Hook->do_action(Array) #4 /web/htdocs/www.studiomanganello.it/home/wp-settings.php(578): do_action(‘init’) #5 /web/htdocs/www.studiomanganello.it/home/wp-config.php(91): require_once(‘/web/htdocs/www…’) #6 /web/htdocs/www.studiomanganello.it/home/wp-load.php(50): require_once(‘/web/htdocs/www…’) #7 /web/htdocs/www.studiomanganello.it/home/wp-blog-header.php(13): require_once(‘/web/htdocs/www in /web/htdocs/www.studiomanganello.it/home/wp-content/plugins/salon-booking-system/src/SLN/Action/Init.php on line 107

    We can’t help you as that site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform, https://digital.com/best-web-hosting/who-is/#search=studiomanganello.it.
    As a webdeveloper you should see the problem is caused by the plugin Salon booking system, https://wordpress.org/plugins/salon-booking-system/.
    As your site uses the open source wordpress.org, support is at https://wordpress.org/support/

  • Hi @ertakonakciu,

    To add to what @staartmees noted, the error is related to the salon-booking-system plugin — try deactivating that first, which should resolve the fatal error.

    What I recommend is sharing your error log with the plugin author: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/salon-booking-system/

    I also suggest using the Health Check plugin to check for plugin/theme conflicts. You can download it by following this link: https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check

    You can use its troubleshooting mode to deactivate all plugins for your browsing session only (other site visitors will not be affected). Once installed, you can access troubleshooting mode by going to Tools → Site Health.

    I hope that points you in the right direction.
