When trying to add pictures to the media library:
Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home4/epic/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-image-editor-imagick.php on line 342
Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 110362624) (tried to allocate 3072 bytes) in /home4/epic/public_html/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-upgrader.php on line 900
How can I fix this?

Hi, the site you’ve linked doesn’t appear to have much content posted recently. To confirm, is that the site you are referring to? If not, what is the URL of your website?
Bare in mind that if your websites uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, you should post in the self-hosted forums or alternatively contact your hosting prover. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
