Fatal error related to survey-press plugin, can't get into site

When I go to my website and try to log into WordPress (by adding /wp-admin and loggin in) I get the following message:
“Fatal error: Call to a member function show_errors() on a non-object in /home/barjvar/branchhead.org/wp-content/plugins/surveypress/survey-press.php on line 332”
And there doesn’t seem to be anything I can do. I log into DreamPress (my hosting service) and I can’t seem to figure out what to do. No support appears to be available from Survey Press.
Please advise!

It can’t be a wordpress.COM site since we can’t use plugins here. That site is self-hosted and you need to follow the link the supportbot gave to the wordpress.ORG forums which is where the self-hosted wordpress software is supported.
