    I need help with logging into my website how can I log in thru FTP?

    I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

    Please contact your hosting provider directly for help with this, as they’re the ones that control your FTP credentials.

    The forum you’re posting to now is for WordPress.com, another hosting provider. Your site is connected to us via the Jetpack plugin, but we have no control over your server, or services controlled by your hosting provider, like FTP and database access.
