Fatal error – site not displayed on all devices

When I try to access my site URL as well as the admin page I get the following message – cannot redeclare class Mobile_detect in home/solong5/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-mobile-edition/admin/Includes/Mobile_Detect.php on line 29.
Any suggestions? Tried on my ipad and three different laptops.

Fatal error is a wordpress.ORG software install error.
That site is not on our WordPress.COM servers. You are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, support docs and support forums, and many people get confused about the two.
