Fatal Error took my site away

  I made a change inside of my website and received the following message:
  Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_installing() in /home/content/22/11151022/html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 1359. Can someone help me get my site back?

  It looks like you’re not hosting your blog at wordpress.com. Those error shows up when you use self hosted wordpress (software) and host it somewhere else.
