Fatal Error: Unable to access webpage
-
Hello, I’m managing http://www.aiesec.pl which is hosted on WordPress and I tried to update WordPress as it kept prompting me and now when I try to open the webpage or admin access I get this message:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare is_iterable() (previously declared in /a2016/wp-includes/compat.php:536) in /a2016/wp-content/plugins/aiesec-expa-registration/plugin.php on line 157
Please help me, this is the national website of an international NGO in Poland and our processes will be seriously disrupted if we cannot get it to work soon. As far as I know it’s about a plugin but I have no idea how to access it to remove it.

Hi there,
To regain access to the admin, try using FTP or the file manager in the control panel of your hosting account to rename the aiesec-expa-registration folder in /wp-content/plugins/
That should disable the plugin that’s causing the fatal error. You can then contact the plugin developer if you need support for it.
If you need assistance with renaming the folder, please contact your hosting company for support. They should be able to help you.
As your site is not hosted here at WordPress.com, we are unable to provide support for it.
If you’d like to learn more about the two different versions of WordPress (.com vs .org), please see this guide.
Good luck!
