Fatal Error uncaught error call to a member function get settings

    I got this error code after my pc froze
    I tried to run my local host this evening and I get this

    Fatal error uncaught error call to a member function get_settings () on bool in C:wamp64wwwtripointautowp-contentpluginselementorcorebreakpointsmanager.php on line 223

    Also a table of call stacks attached

    I use WAMP 64bit local host

    Kindly help me resolve this ekse I start project from scratch..

    We do not offer localhost as an option on WordPress.com, so the site site you are referring to appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.

    To clarify, we are not the only providers of WordPress sites, and it is possible to directly download the free open source version of the software, which is a different version of the platform than what we use here.
