    Just bought a theme, tried to install demo and was told memory limit and max data size were to small, installed a plugin and changed the value but it didnt act like the changes went through. Gave up installing the demo and then just tried to customize the site from scratch and I get the error

    This is really frustrating considering I just bought the theme and havent modified anything. Seems like mojo and you guys make problems like these happen so people will give in and overpay for you to install it for us….

    Hi, @reeferrecipes,

    That does sound frustrating.

    You did not include your URL, but it looks like you are using WordPress.org. If you were using WordPress.com, you wouldn’t even be allowed to install a custom theme unless you had the Business Plan.

    With a WordPress.org site, you are running your own copy of WordPress that you are responsible for maintaining. If you need support you may head to the awesome https://wordpress.org/support community for assistance.
