That site is not on our WordPress.COM servers. You are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, support docs and support forums, and many people get confused about the two.

Why in God’s name would finding help be so difficult b/w 2 sites w/same name? I now need to register w/a site that I’ve never used. Ok then.
