fatal error while updating wordpress version

  started to update wordpress and encountered: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 4864 bytes) in /hermes/bosweb/web153/b1539/ipg.jackedfitnessca/wp-admin/includes/deprecated.php on line 818

  Any help would be appreciated. My website is still online but i recieve the above error if i sign in as admin and try to access the dashboard.

  That site is self-hosted and you need to head over to the WordPress.org forums as that is where the software you are using is supported.

  These forums are for those hosted here on the wordpress.COM hosting service and things here work differently.
