Fatal Error with Jetpack and Woocomerce (line 89)

Hi! I am having some problems recently, from Jetpack, maybe due updates, but now when I do the backup even from one year ago, the problem persist (which is not normal).

The shop is gone, and woocomerce can’t be activated:

Warning: require_once(/home/rm37kz7u/thecarpentryclub.com/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-payments/vendor/automattic/jetpack-assets/actions.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/rm37kz7u/thecarpentryclub.com/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/vendor/jetpack-autoloader/class-version-loader.php on line 89

I already try to delete and reinstall both plugins, I also deleted Jetpack directly from CPanel, but when I reinstall it the fatal error persist.

I also already change the theme (deleted Neve and put Hello Elementor).

Also did a backup that use to fix problems as the last times i needed, didn’t work.

Can someone give me any tips? This is the store of my business and I really need my shop back to normal. Thank you so much.

  • Hi there,

It sounds like you need help with the WooCommerce plugin but have landed on the support forum for WordPress.com sites instead.

We don’t offer WooCommerce on WordPress.com (unless you are upgraded to our WordPress.com Business or eCommerce Plan) so we are not your best point of contact, but the good news is that help is available by contacting WooCommerce staff here:

    https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce

    Thanks!
