Fatal error woocommerce

    Attempted to update the woocommerce plugin, this failed and deactivated itself and in doing so seemed to bring the whole site down as well as disconnecting jetpack as i can no longer access the site through wordpress.com and when I go to wp-admin i get this error:

    It looks like you need help with the WooCommerce plugin, but have landed on the support forum for WordPress.com-hosted sites instead.

    We don’t offer WooCommerce on WordPress.com (unless you are upgraded to our Business or eCommerce plans), so we’re not your best point of contact. The good news is that help is available by contacting WooCommerce in this forum:

    The folks over there are familiar with WooCommerce and in the best position to assist. Hope this helps point you in the right direction!

    That said, as the error you posted specifically mentions the plugin “pricing-deals-for-woocommerce” it seems likely that it wasn’t necessarily the WooCommerce plugin upgrade in itself, but possibly that this pricing deals plugin isn’t compatible/also needs updating.

    As we don’t have hosting access to your site, it might be worth checking in with your host if you can get the pricing deals plugin deactivated and see if that helps bring the site back up.
