  I can’t login to the dashboard. Have tried multiple browsers over several weeks. Help!

  Hi There

  Have you tried to add /wp-admin to the end of your site’s url (e.g.: example.wordpress.com/wp-admin)

  If so what happens?

  Here is the support link for the dashboard: https://en.support.wordpress.com/dashboard/

  Let us know if that doesn’t work.

  Yes, sorry. There is so much confusion.

  the site is actually PennyLaneismyRealName.com
  and I have been entering PennyLaneismyRealName.com/wp-admin as always

  and I get this error:
