Fatal Technical Error & Chat Support Not Available

  We’ve been emailed to say a fatal error has occured and we can’t access our site – we can see everything from the front end but cant get in to rectify.

  A recovery link was provided but this does not work, and with wordpress chat support also not working is there anything we can do? We can’t even use the feature to submit our chat to the forum…. no access to PHP either

  3rd time this has happened – first time they said it was on Elementor. We are 1 week away from migrating to a new provider… please help!
