  Bom dia, minha fatura veio com um valor muito acima do contratado.
  Gostaria de explicações e como solicitar reembolso/cancelamento do valor cobrado a mais.

  Good morning, my invoice came with a value far above the contractor.
  I would like explanations and how to request refund / cancellation of the amount charged the most.
