Faulty message

Hello! We are trying to connect our website to google search console, and have to put in a TXT-code on our profile here on wordpress. We get a red faulty-message saying we cant access the user, and cant do any setting changes. We have activated the account a long time ago, and the blog is up and running, so what can this fault be?
