  My blog at spokenword.wordpress.com doesn’t have archives. Why so? We’re using the Fauna layout.

  That doesn’t look to be in the standard assortment of widgets. Try adding the Archive widget.

  Thanks, Raincoaster. But widgets are not enabled. I don’t understand how a blog template can go without providing archives. That’s a pretty basic requirement, I think.

  I was looking through the presentation themes and it looks like they’ve stopped telling you which are widget-enabled and which aren’t. That seems very odd.

  It is a nice theme, but you might want to switch for that reason alone. Archives are important, and the functionality of widgets is not to be ignored.
