  Fauna is now 1.0 final. The license states that it’s freely portable to WordPress.com, should you be interested. Get in touch with me if I can be of assistance.

  I have already made Matt T aware of this.
  The theme will be checked for the impact it could have here. Please do bear in mind that for many people this theme is not broken and does not need fixing (as it were).
