Fav icon / blavatar help needed please

  Hi there. I need some help please. I’ve been reading about fav icons and blavatars and I just can’t figure it out.
  Contrary to what i says here https://en.support.wordpress.com/avatars/blavatars/ , on Settings>General, it does not give me the option to upload an image. Could it be because of the theme I have installed? (Church Omega) the site is sepiavlc.com (we bought a domain name) Thanks.

  Hi. You are in the wrong forum.
  This forum is only for blogs/sites hosted by WordPress.com
  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  And you should ask in the WordPress.org forum.
